Faux Stitching

Hi - Harriet here.  This week's challenge is faux stitching - not something I often do so it was good for me to be reminded to use this technique.  I used an angel from the Angels set, the colors for Stacy's Curtain Call:

and this week's sketch challenge from Our Creative Corner blog.
I paper pieced the angel's clothes and I used the SU! Mat pack and a paper piercer to create the holes for my faux cross stitching.
