Challenge #13 - Anything Goes!

Hi Everyone,

I used the Woodware USA Flora set (again!) to make this card.  I stamped the boxed flower twice and embossed it with Gold EP.  Layered it and popped the second one with a dimensional.

I don't know if this will pass for a Christmas card or not -- maybe for someone who's BD is near Christmas?  Dunno!!  Anyhow, this was an "Anything Goes" challenge so I'm thinking it works for this week!!

Be sure to stop by on Monday!!  Some fun new challenges are coming your way and a Blog Hop WITH A CHANCE TO WIN A WOODWARE STAMP SET OF YOUR OWN!!!   Woo hoo!!  See you then!

Hugs,
Anne

Anything Goes...

Yes, it's Anything Goes week here at Woodware and today I decided to share a card I created using a TESSLER Stencil AND a WoodwareUSA Set. Did you know that Tessler Stamps stock WoodwareUSA Clear Magic Stamps in their show booths? Yep, that's right! You can pick up your stamps, your stencils, your supplies...The whole shabang in one quick stop at a convention or show.

While in Virginia Beach a few months ago, I picked up some fun stencils (they also emboss in my Cuttlebug) and knew I was going to go to town!!! I picked up this marigold or mum (depending on the season, I guess) Embossing Queen stencil called Heart Flower and I really love using it. It makes awesome backgrounds and fun little embellishments. After stenciling it with distress inks and embossing it in my Cuttlebug, I decided to pair it up with my Garden Greetings Sentiment and little bee to make this card! FUN huh?

Don't you just adore that little bee? It is included in this fun sentiment set that with a variety of flowers, garden bugs and of course, a watering can!!! LOVE IT!!! I paired up my images with some deelish Crate Paper patterned paper and some brown grossgrain ribbon. Such a simple and fun card to make!!!

Make sure you stop by tomorrow to see Anne finish up the week with her "Anything Goes" creation, then remember, starting MONDAY, You'll see a brand spankin' new blog post...FULL of fun projects by the Design Team to inspire you, challenge you, and encourage your creative spirit!!! Join the fun. There just might be a prize in it for you!!!

Bye for now,
Kerry

Anything Goes~ Tag!

Hello Everyone!!!
This week's challenge is "ANYTHING GOES"...super easy one!!!
So here is something little different from me...a tag.
A beautiful tag makes any gift extra special...
Sorry for the poor photography...taking photo of tag/bookmark and glittered project is a real challenge for me.
Now What do you all think about fabulous New set????
It is BIRD SONG.. one of the many new stamps now available in WW store.
This set can be used for birthday, miss you, thank you, christmas, scrapbooking...and many more projects. You just don't have to use the birds and cage always...the set comes with a lovely tree branch and different size of flowers..very soon I'll make card with these images.

Its one of my new favorites...loooove the birdcage..it very hot amongst the crafting trends.
I just didn't make tagfront ...I also managed to finish the back of it...

I used Mixed Greetings stamp set for back.
I also used the flower from the Birdsong set to create my own background .

We're going to stir things up bit...from next week onwards WOODWAREUSA weekly challenge will posted on Mondays...you will get to see all the fabulous DT samples at a glance.
Make sure to join us for NEW stamp set Blog Hop on Monday , Nov 8th...
Did I mention there will be prizes!!!
So mark your calender.

Thanks for stopping by...
Hugs~
Piali.

Anything Goes!

I created this card as a sample for Rachel's Cupcake Inspiration challenge that she hosts every Sunday.  This week Woodware is sponsoring her challenge.  Check out this cupcake inspiration picture - gorgeous fall colors!  And why not participate for a chance to win the Woodware stamp set prize!
I purposely left off a sentiment on this card so I can add one later when I know what I'll use it for - and I made a few extras to include in a set of note cards.  The image is from Woodware's Flower Frames which is one of my favorite sets and I use it often.

Starting next Monday, Nov. 8th, the DT will be revamping the challenges and will be inviting all of you to play with us.  We will start it off with a blog hop to show you some of the newest stamp sets.  The challenges will be posted on Mondays with prizes on a monthly basis!
