Woodware USA Challenge #32 - it's a Kerry Sketch!!

This week we have a fantastic sketch from Kerry Urbatch, and we can't wait to have you play along in our 32nd challenge! Monochromatic {Mostly} Challenge...

This week's Monochromatic Challenge challenged me! I struggled over which set to use, what color to pick...One Color??? How do you Pick Just ONE! And then Patterned Paper...everything I have has COLORS on it. But then I decided to make a birthday card for a friend and I knew Just which set, Cocktails is Perfect for my group! ;) So then it was just a matter of which drink to choose...well, if you haven't had a Tokyo Tea then you Must! So, that is my story.

I know, I know....Monochromatic means 1 color and I HAD to throw in the red cherry, but you know what? Rules are made to be broken!!! :)

Red, Turquoise and Kraft...

Hi, it's me Rachel Hope! It's Thursday and that means it's my turn to post my very first Woodware USA Challenge card! The challenge (as you have seen all week) is Red, Turquoise and Kraft. I just recently received some of the new Papertrey Ink Beautiful Blooms paper and thought it would be perfect!

The Cake is part of the Birthday Fun set and I colored it with Copics and for the red icing I used Koh-i-noor pencils & Gamsol. I like the lighter feel of the pencils for red. The confetti in the background and sentiment are both from the Cocktails set.

(remember that song) Anyway... Dawn here and I am proud to be posting this fine Wednesday as my first post and DT Coordinator for these fabby Woodware stamps! I made these 2 cards using the COCKTAILS set and i really had fun creating! I used diamond glaze for the glass highlights and some glitter for the bubbles on the top of this fruity drink. for this next card... I also added crystal effects to the ice cubes and added glitter to make 'em shine!
