Today our bubble card comes from Crafty Debs

Craft Debs has used Melanie Bubble Bloom

Debs has stamped Melanie on white card which she has coloured with chalk ink to soften. Then the image has been coloured with Koi Brush Pens, and then added Glossy Accents.
